rope crowding system adopts single beam torqueless round dipper

Steel rope used by crowding system has crowding mechanism being on
revolving platform, which reduces total lifting weight by 25%,
improving the complete equipment' s swing performance, resulted in
simple and convenient maintenance. Electric driving methods: 195BI,
195BII, 295-BII adopts generating set with DC.; 295-BIII, 395-BI
adopt advanced AC. Frequency conversion driving style. Since 1985, our works began to cooperate with BI, introducing complete 195-BI shovel technology to manufacture and sell 195-BI shovel by the form of license trade. On the basis of introducing, digestion and absorbing 195-BI technology, and strictly following BI' s drawing, technical process, technical and quality standard, the first set of 195-BI electric shovel was officially put into operation in Jingduichen Molybdenum Mine in 1987. This machine is advanced in technology, excellent in quality, still in normal running condition. Its annual output is 6 million ton, achieving best working availability and production efficiency, well commended by the customers. Both BI and HY have signed Confidential Agreement and Extended Technical & Industrial Agreement one after another on the basis of long term and friendly cooperation between BI and HY. These agreements stipulated the range of cooperation extends to 395-BI and 295-BII/III shovels. The large type of shovel won by BI in the international bid shall be subcontracted mechanical parts and components to HY. By this method, our works has successfully manufactured and supplied 395-BI, 295BII/BIII shovels to Zhungeer Coal Mine, Qidashan Iron Mine and Benxi Nanfeng Iron Mine early or late. These machinery received high opinions from customers because of guarantee machine's technical performance, quality requirement and less customers' investment as well.
